在申根签证申请要求的材料之中, 如果您正受雇于某公司或者是一名在校学生, 为了获取申根签证则需要提交一封无异议函。它也被称为无异议证书或NOC。
这封信向领事官员保证, 其雇员或学生有强烈的义务返回其母国继续工作或学习。
虽然有些国家的领事馆对于此信是可选的, 但在另一些国家, 它可能是强制的。因此,无论如何, 最好还是提交以免有所要求。
许多员工或学生可能想要获得签证后再向他们的雇主或学校申请批准休假。在这种情况下, 获得无异议信将比较困难。因此, 最好提前告诉他们您的计划。
