H1B stamping only, I was under an L1B visa and switched to an H1B which was already approved but had to stamp it to go back to the U.S.
Interview on 21Nov23, and was asked to provide CV and DS-5535 form
Submitted docs 21Nov23 (same day)
Last update on the case showing as 28Nov23; still showing as Refused
UPDATE: was asked to send back my passport on 24April24, status now shows up as APPROVED
UPDATE 2: I have received my passport back with the visa stamp (30April24).
