I'm and my family applying for Special immigrant visa (SIV) and we have interview at U.S EMBASSY OF BAGHDAD and we get paper ask for DS5535 form
In next day I fill it and sent it by email to the embassy and we still waiting for complete Administrative process

On 4 march the Embassy sent us email asking for medical examination and original passport
