Hello,
Need advise.
My parents went for visa appointment twice and been rejected both the times..
First time was in Sep05, when my brother took appointment(1st time) at that time people used to say(or seen some cases) if both the parents are working either they used to reject or not giving long term visa, so under that impression though my mother is working we took like she's housewife and my father was retired.
My brother and I both are permanent residents here, so we told them to tell like we have another elder brother in india and they did say like that. At the time of interview they didn't ask for my status asked only for my brother's status and asked some questions like when u're going to visit so and so places and finally rejected saying ur paper work and words don't match up.
Second time May06, my husband sponsored for them, so this time we thoguht of keeping my mother's status as working, but we're scared of they're referring the previous inteview application and again made my mother's status as housewife. So this time we thought of telling the truth and when interview officer asked for how many children and status may parents answered 2 and both are permanent residents.... that's it the officer said we can't give visa because both are permanent residents.
Now we're confused, if we take appointment again whether to take my mother's status as housewife or working? Do we have to mention whether my brother is here or not?
Does anybody have any clue of whether they would refer previous application?
Can we say like my brother left to India, are they gonna check 1st application as there it would be mentioned like he is permanent resident?
Please I need advise...
Help would really be appreciated..
Thank You,
Gragi
