I-134 repeat application

Hi,

I have doubt regarding filling I-134 application for my parents. They had appeared for the interview 1 month back and they will be appearing again soon.

Ques 9 : I-134
I have previously submitted affidavit of Support for following person's. If none,State "None".
Answer: Need clarification.
What should be the answer? I had only applied Visa for my parents once and it was rejected. Should i still mention there names ?

Ques10 : I-134
I have submitted a Visa petition to U.S Citizenship and immigration services on behalf of the following person's. If None, State "None".
Answer: Need clarification

By the way...let me post the answer to this.

Since the VISA application was not approved , hence the answer to both question will be NONE.
