Kareem Khan, and his company, KSN Technologies ripped me off. The guy is a scam artist and sham-on-me, I fell for his lies. He promised me a job and after several months of working for him for FREE, he decided he hadn't "really" hired me. I turned over 1900 C-level contact to him. I contacted my business network for him and set up meetings. He set up business accounts for me on his website and then denied that I EVER worked for him. The man is a scammer and, from what he reported to me, wants to get rid of the middle man and make more profits for his company. He should NOT be trusted.

BAD management. they took $5000 from me and told me that they will apply for my visa but at the end they just said it wasn't picked up in the lottery. I am not even sure if they ever applied the visa. I think they just keep taking money from everyone. BIG time LIARS. I have filed a complaint again them with Department of labor, request everyone to do so. the more complaints they receive, the fast they will respond. Madhavi is a liar and she is hiding somewhere in India.

Company is rapidly going out of business. Dhiraj Sinha, Vishal Jaggi, Paran Arora and Saurabh Sinha are slumdogs trying to become millionaires by ripping off employees and contractors alike. Salary payments are not made on time. There are over 15 lawsuits pending against them from contractors and Federal and State governments. Company does not have "Good Standing" in Naperville, IL where it is registered as a foreign corporation though it is incorporated in CA. Avoid this company at all costs. They will make your life miserable.

Please dont go with Scorg/Adaptmax. They are fraud. I have filed my H1B for 2016 with Scorg by completely trusting them Vikas/Nirmal/Sohel/Rashmi. They had shared the LCA but not sure whose LCA was that. Because there was no name mentioned in the LCA. They mentioned saying my application was picked in lottery and i was happy and asked for reference number they were reluctent to share because i have to pay the remaining amount also it seems. After a while even i agreed to pay that amount but no response from them. This is my terrible experience so i dont want someone to fall on their trap. try for some good consultants dont ever think of Scorg/Adaptmax. Even just by trusting them even my friend also filed but they mentioned his application was not picked in lottery.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

These guys are COMPLETE CHEATS. They start off pretending to be an organization with a decent presence in the US but that is complete nonsense! They most certainly DO NOT file your H1B visa, but take your money and put you through unbelievable levels of mental torture! I paid them $5500 for filing my visa. (They said that if my visa was not selected, they would refund $4000) Everything was OK till the actual filing date. They went missing from April 1st to May 2nd week. And finally sent a mail saying my petition was not selected and that they would refund my $4000. I asked them for my rejection letter from USCIS and that is when they started avoiding y calls, emails and when I could get in touch, they made up stories saying that their US partner had run away with my money. After chasing after them for 6 months and employing all kinds of pressure tactics, they finally paid up $4000. It is very clear from their actions that they did not ever file my visa and cheated me off $1500

I have filled my H1B petition through ACCELIENT, initially they promised me to provide the submission proof but at the end they said it is not possible as they're submitted the applications in bulk. They always ask you to call their mobile and they never afford to make one local out going call ( isn't weird ?) We have to chase them to get our remaining amount back ( once they declared that our petition is not picked up in the lottery ) , during our chase their response is very poor.
