Now i am planning to London to visit family members and on return to US, i should go to US embassy for stamping.
What are the advantages/disadvantages if we go to stamping other than India? Will it advisable?

at last, he told me to check with HR and see if i can apply for another visa type and i was given the blue form. I just dont know what to do as a next step. just checked with attorney to see if i can apply L1 Individual VISA. can someone tell me shuolI wait to apply L1 Individual visa and i can do it right away? while i am also expecting an answer from attorny, i couldnt stop myself asking more info.what r d possibilites of getting L1 individual VISA and hw long does it tak for me to schdule again?

I am on L1 B Blanket visa. My visa, petition and I94 expired on April 3rd 2017. My company filed for visa extension. I got an RFE. Now shall I respond to RFE or withdraw my application. I heard that it is very very hard and difficult to get L1 B visa extn, so I should withdraw my application rather taking a rejection.
Question - Does rejection impact next visa application?
