reaffirmation notice received from usics but my i 129 approval date is expiring soon, what should i do if I go for interview...... will they approve stamping or not????

My actual Visa date ( DropBox ) was on 26th July 2022 and I was called for a in person interview at the chennai consulate on 29th August 2022. I was asked about my job, employer, Client and Vendor letter and submitted all of them. After reviewing those I was told that my application will be under administrative processing. My status still shows refused in the case status. Can someone help me understand this and any idea on how long more would it be taking ?

07/18/2022: Interview at the Quebec city consulate for first-time h1b visa (Have held b1/b2 visa for 5 years before). The VO kept the passport and no slip was issued. Was told that I should get back my passport within 10 working days. 07/19/2022: Got an email to fill out ds 5535 07/20/2022: Submitted the ds 5535 form 07/27/2022: Notified of 221g via email and that the case is in administrative processing 09/20/2022: Status changed on CEAC to approved 09/23/2022: Status changed to issued 09/26/2022: Received the passport with visa stamp

EB1A immigration visa 2022.3.15 interview goes very well, but did not collect my passport and asked me to send the VO my updated resume/publications, and fill a form 2022.3.8 received an email asking to submit DS-3533. Submitted on the same day 2022.4.14 status updated, refused for admin processing 2022.5.17 status updated, refused for admin processing 2022.6.22 status updated, refused for admin processing ... 2022.9.16 Issued

07/21/2022 - L1 interview happened. Passport was returned and VO gave me a white slip with the list of documents to be submitted(Employment confirmation, CV, publications). Also VO said it could take from 2 weeks to 2 months. All documents were sent by email at that day. 07/26/2022 - received the acknowledgment email saying it could take up to 180 days and follow up only after 90 days. 09/13/2022 - the status changed from "Refused" to "Administrative processing" and I received the email from US Embassy saying that my visa is approved and to get it stamped I have to drop off the passport in a person. 09/16/2022 - dropped off the passport and after the status changed from "Administrative processing" to "Approved". 09/19/2022 - the status changed from "Approved" to "Issued". 09/20/2022 - the US VFS in Prague sent me the email asking to provide a mailing address. The passport was shipped via Messenger with ETA 1-3 business days. 09/21/2022 - passport received with visa exp date in 2 years.

Visa Type H1 Renewal with same employer. Visa interview attended on 23 Apr2022 at Bangkok. VO asked basic questions like, work location, Highest education etc.. VO retained my original I797 & passport. Status shows Refused and no update since Interview date. Previous H1 was approved in June 2017 in Malaysia(After 17 months admin process without asking any docs) Difference between previous interview and now is retained passport in 2022 On 15/Sep/2022 status changed from Refused to Admin process On 19/Sep/2022 status changed back from Admin process to Refused On 20/Sep/2022 status changed from refused to Approved On 21/Sep/2022 status changed from Approved to Issued

Biometric Appointment – 28 August 2022 at Mumbai VFS. In person Interview - 30 August 2022 at New Delhi Location. VO Asked for Passport and I797, then asked about why my organization will place me for US based role (reply - I am an US employee and residing in US from last 8 years – not visited India in last 5 years). VO - Issued a yellow slip. This is the third time I received 221G , it took around 90 days to complete administrative processing on both occasions. CEAC Tracker status – Refused. Case Created – 30 - Aug - 2022 Case Last updated - 30 - Aug - 2022 Anyone with similar situation of recieving 221g third time and approximate timeline it took to complete?

Was already in US since I changed status from F1 to H1B. Had to leave the US for a family trip so went to get it stamped and still waiting. I suspect it is because of TAL (I have experience in biotech) and I have a Venezuelan passport which probably doesn't help. I was given my passport back and asked for my CV and form DS-5535. All my communication with embassy has been through email, I don't have a case number (I was told my full name is the case number). Timeline below: -July 5: Interview date - given 221G white slip and asked for CV and form DS-5535 -July 12: Provided documents requested (I was waiting for the green light from my company's lawyers) -August 18: Contacted my state's congressman/senator. -September 2: My state's congressman reached out in my behalf. -September 9: Call from consulate asking me to bring my passport and pay for visa (CEAC status updated from 'Refused' to 'Admin Processing') -September 12: Dropped off passport at consulate. Hoping to get it back quickly.
