Does anyone knows how long does it take for USCIS to send case to Immigration court, I’m been denied I-751. Atlanta Office. .

May 2, 2024 Case Was Approved
May 1, 2024 We ordered your new card.
January 26, 2022 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, were taken.
November 17, 2021 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

Potomac.

I was expecting this for November and the approval came on my birthday. I believe someone was holding my approval to get me as a bday gift, lol

April 2022 - sent i751
May 2022 - 24 months notice received
May 2022 - Biometric appointment Scheduled
June 2022 - Finger printed.
April 2023 - 48 months notice received
April 2024 - I751 approved/New card ordered
May 2024 - 10 year Card received after a week

No interview.
Documents submitted: Mortgage, bank statement, Joint filled taxes, Children's Birth certificate, flight itinerary with our kid, 3 letters from friends, family pictures with out kids, parent and siblings.
FYI: I was able to visit Canada, Mexica, Bahamas with the 48 months extension letter. No questions asked by CBP when entering back.

Hello everyone! I applied i751 on March 27 and it’s been more then a month I haven’t received any receipt from USCIS but when I called them they said they received my case on April 01 and they give me my receipt number. My green card is going to expired on may 04 what should I do to get an extension letter. When I called them I told them I need an extension letter otherwise I’ll lose my job. Is anyone else have same issues?

Hi - Can someone please help me with this question. Since address change needs to have an USCIS login, how do we do the address change for minors. Can parents do it on behalf of their child using Parents online USCIS account. Will teh system allow as I heard the account is unique. Does anyone having experience using parents accounts to change the address for a child as well.

Please let me know.

Got a RFE December 2021, i sent everything we had together, because my wife and i have started having some issues in our marriage then.

Eventually, due to my wife infidelity, i filed for divorce and we were officially divorced November 2022. Shortly, after that i was scheduled for an interview that same November.
I told the officer to change my case to divorce waiver and gave her all the evidences that showed my wife cheated and even went ahead to remarry even before our divorce was final.

The officer asked me some few questions about what transpired that ended my marriage, also few questions about my first marriage.
She promised to review my case and get back to me..
But surprisingly, after a month i got a letter that says my case has been transferred to NBC with a new receipt number MSC.

It's been 14months now since they transferred my case and nothing yet.. Is this normal to change receipt number and case transferred?
Please someone share some thoughts..

Hello. I applied for 2nd green card on July 2021, Potomac service center.
Feb 2022 divorce, lawyer informed USCIS.
I recently moved, change address as well.
My case is transferred to NBC to speed up the process.
Anyone have similar experiences?
Haven’t field for passport yet.
What does it mean, I am waiting for already 3 years.

Hello all!I have been a silent reader and this forum helped me to get through this process so here I am sharing my experience (hopefully will be helping somoone too). Ocober 2019 applied for I-485 marriage based,iJanuary 2021 interview.January 2023 applied for I-751,november 2023 applied for N-400(3 months before 3 year since I got first green card)3 years rule married to US citizen.January 2024 interview scheduled,February 2024 interview passed.I went with my husband but they just asked where is he and then continued to ask just me questions civic 6 because i answered correctly and then reading and writing.Otherr then that my DOB,what do I do for living if I have any other proof of marriage since I submitted I-751 I had taxes filling jointly and bank statements from our joint account.Overall it was very pleased experience and didn’t last long maybe total 15 min.Then officer told me that I passed but my i-751 case was not transferred from Vermont center to their field office there for I will have to wait for couple of weeks but next thing I hear from them will be scheduling oath ceremony and that is exactly what happened.They placed me in a line for oath ceremony after they transferred my i-751 and approved it and I received a date for oath ceremony in april.Good luck to everyone!

I made a Promise to Share my Testimony to Motivate Others who might be feeling down due to long Waits. Do not Worry I have also been there! Please have faith. As a divorce Waiver case was Submitted in 2019, my Case was finally Approved After years of waiting. Additionally, I applied for Citizenship while the I751 was still pending. I was scheduled for the Citizenship interview, passed the test, but the officer couldn't make a decision. Six months later, both my citizenship and I751 were approved on the same Day after years of waiting! My oath ceremony was last week, and I'm here to answer any questions. Wishing everyone good luck.
